The month of May saw Orland Park median sales prices remain exactly the same as April. In Tinley Park, prices actually declined quite substantially in some price ranges. 

Median sales prices for a typical house in Orland Park were exactly the same in May as they were in April,with a Median Sales Price of $275,000. This price has remained the same now for eleven months. Median sales prices in Tinley Park actually declined quite a bit in May (down from $334,500 in April to $315,000 in May). It’s possible that this decline could be a delayed reaction from the COVID19 crisis, but we will have to wait and see if the trend continues.
