The month of July saw median sales price increases for both Orland Park and Tinley Park. This is certainly positive news given the economic slowdown and uncertainty that has been introduced due to the COVID19 pandemic.

The median sales price for Orland Park homes (3BR/2BA 1,000-2,000 sq ft) increased slightly on a month-to-month basis, going from $275,000 in June to $277,000 in July. While it’s not a large increase by any means, I would still deem any price increase in the current economic environment as a positive for the local housing market.
