Low interest rates and an extreme shortage of inventory of houses for sale in Orland and Tinley Park continued to drive prices up once again in October!

The median sales price for a typical home (3BR/2BA 1,000-2,000 sq ft) in Orland Park was up 3.64% since the same time last year, and prices were up 5.76% (for 3BR/3BA 2,000-3,000 sq ft homes) in Tinley Park.

Both of these numbers have once again exceeded the average annual appreciation rate for our area this time of year.
