The goal of our initial conversation is to get to know each other a bit, talk about your specific goals, cover the basics of the home buying process, and if we are a good fit, schedule an in-person Strategic Home Buying Consultation. 

2. Strategic Home Buying Consultation 

In 45-60 minutes, we’ll talk about areas you are thinking about moving to, discuss the current market conditions in those areas, and discuss your specific home buying requirements. 

One of the most important things for you to know as a buyer in today’s market is how the local market conditions affect pricing and marketing strategy for sellers—and how you can win your dream home with that same knowledge. I help walk you through what the data says so you can have total confidence in my proven processes.

Finally, we will cover the specifics you need to know about buying your new house, including things like required legal paperwork and some other details about the mortgage process.  

3. Next Steps

I will set up a personalized MLS listing search for you to begin reviewing houses that meet your specific requirements. Once you find a few houses you like, we will pick a date/time to book showings to go view those houses in person.
